Reviews and responses

Import reviews, view ratings and customer feedback, and prepare AI-assisted responses using saved business guidance. Choose manual approval or explicitly enable automatic replies for a location. Set how far back to answer unanswered reviews, pause processing, and recover failed work from the dashboard.

Local reputation and reporting

Review insights highlight patterns in customer feedback. Profile checks identify missing business details. Optional Google Business Profile and Google Analytics connections provide profile information and performance reports for the location or property you select. These connections require Google's permissions and any applicable Google API approval; unavailable connections are shown as unavailable.

Agency workspace

Manage assigned client locations, customize workspace branding, and receive in-app or email notifications. Agencies start authorization from the dashboard without creating their own Google Cloud application.

Your Google connection

Google connections are optional and purpose-specific. Connect the Google account that manages your business or Analytics property, review the requested permissions, and select the resource. A separate sender connection authorizes Gmail to send notifications and approved review invitations. Growth Studio does not read the sender's inbox.

Reviews currently connect through Postproxy. A future direct Google review connection is planned and will require a separate activation; existing connections will not be silently migrated.
