Growth Studio privacy policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Kasadel Software Corporation, operating as ServQuik Technologies ("ServQuik", "we"), handles data in Growth Studio. It supplements our website privacy policy. For Growth Studio and its Google connections, the specific disclosures here apply.

Data we access and store

How we use data

We use data to provide the features you configure: review import and reporting, business-specific AI drafts, manual approval or explicitly enabled automatic publication, profile audits, Analytics reporting, articles, workspace access, approved invitations, notifications and failure recovery. A Google connection does not by itself enable automatic publication. Existing published replies are preserved unless an authorized user deliberately chooses an available replacement action.

Google's Business Profile permission is called business.manage. Current direct profile and performance features read information; they do not edit the profile. Direct Google review reading and reply publishing are planned, require Google API approval and are not yet active. We will disclose and obtain authorization for new data uses before enabling them.

Service providers and access

Supabase provides application storage and identity services; Netlify hosts the runtime; Postproxy provides the current Google review connection; OpenAI processes business guidance and relevant review or article content for requested AI features; Google provides the authorized APIs and Gmail sending. We disclose only the information needed for the configured service. Google credentials are not sent to the AI service.

Agency users can access only the client workspaces permitted by their membership. ServQuik personnel may access necessary data for support, security, legal obligations or another purpose explicitly authorized by you. Processing may occur outside your country through our service providers.

Google API data and Limited Use

Growth Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use Google data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described here. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Transfers are limited to necessary service providers, your explicit instructions, security and legal requirements, or other circumstances permitted by Google's policy. Human access to Google data is limited to your explicit permission, security investigations, legal obligations, or internally aggregated data handled as permitted by that policy.

Retention and your choices

Review drafts, approvals, settings, reports and delivery records are retained to operate your workspace and support audit and recovery. They are not all discarded immediately after a response is generated. Raw Business Profile performance API responses are cached for at most 30 days. We do not promise that every category has the same automatic retention period.

You can pause review automation, disconnect optional profile or Analytics connections, and stop or disconnect the email sender through Growth Studio. You can revoke Google's authorization through your Google Account connections. Disconnecting prevents future use of that connection; it does not automatically erase saved drafts, history or public replies already on Google.

For access, correction or deletion of stored workspace data, contact privacy@servquik.com. We verify the requester's authority and explain any records that must be retained for legal obligations, security or recovery, including applicable backup retention. Deleting application records does not delete a Google review or owner reply.
